git plugin 3.6.3 not found on archives.jenkins-ci.org

Hi there! 

I've just tried to install the git plugin v3.6.3 and it is not found on http://archives.jenkins-ci.org/plugins/git/3.6.3/git.hpi . 

I had to install an old git plugin version manually.

Please check again.  When I checked that location 2-3 hours ago, it was current and correct.
