Jenkins as Windows service on windows 2012 Reverse Proxy issue???

to Jenkins Users

I set it up no problem java installed and have IIS on the system if needed.

RIght now the only way to access the server is the Http://serverip:8080
I want to access it via the http://serverIP/Jenkins

How can I set this up without getting Reverse Proxy issues and so others can actually access it as needed.
