SetupWizard: Unable to setup first user

Hello,

Running into a problem that I haven't seen before. Checked for bugs on lastest Jenkins version and it isn't being reported either. 

While working on initial setup process (setting up first admin user), whenever I click save and finish, nothing happens. No reload (can't see it happening in browser url) and button stays greyed out. See image uploaded. 


Default behavior is to have the screen reload and Jenkins Dashboard with newly created admin user signed in. 

Any troubleshooting tips?  Not sure what could be the problem.

There's a known issue related to missing email addresses. Since what you entered isn't an email address, might be the same bug.
