How to connnect jenkins to netcool

Hi, 

I have my application on which I have to perform deployment. 

I am using jenkins and would like to connect to svn and deploy the files to the netcool application. 

I am trying to find how to connect to the netcool application and unable to find the same. 

Could you please suggest how to connect to the netcool application from jenkins ? 

For SVN i have downloaded the plugins and connect to it successfully.
