Jenkins link for 1.621 not working from Manage Jenkins

The Manage Jenkins is not working.

New version of Jenkins (1.621) is available for download (changelog).  (if you click download )

I'm also experiencing this. 

Our auto-updater fails with

If you look at the messages in the group from yesterday, you will see that this is  a known problem, so no additional confirmation is needed.

I’m sure someone will post here when 1.621 is available.
