testng's emailable-report.html loses its skin when view at Jenkins after upgrading to STS 1.625.3

Hi

After upgrading from STS 1.609 to 1.625, my testng's emailable-report.html is fine when view as standalone Html file ( ie send the file to user). However when viewing under Jenkins, the html's content loses its skin/css

I am sure the same issue happens to any generated html content. 

Do you see the same issue?

I think you're seeing the content security policy change in 1.625.  Refer to https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Configuring+Content+Security+Policy for more information on the policy and ways you can relax the policy as needed for your use case.
