Build times, running times, etc for past builds all appear to be the same

This is my first dive into Jenkins having become proficient using teamcity and bamboo.

I have noticed that the Build times, running times (last success, last failure,etc), etc for past builds all appear to be the same.  See picture

Also sometimes I have noticed that build results seem to cross over between builds.. this could be because I did a some copies of other build configs.

We have Jenkins 2.107.2

What causes these times to be the same?  How do I resolve this?
