how to stop the "no changes" mail in e-mail notification

Problem Statement: How to stop the “no changes” mail in e-mail notification.

We are using Jenkins for send the e-mails to team members for any modifications in the code. We have done already sent the e-mail notifications to them including “no changes” but we need to stop the “no changes” mail in e-mail notification and please find the attached the document for "no changes" mail.Please rectify this issue.

You haven't really described your problem very well. What SCM are you using, How do you have your projects setup, etc. Without more information on your setup, no one will be able to help you.

i have used Subversion for SCM and ext-email plugin for email notification. my team working on jenkins for email notification whenever they are committed from local machine to SVN server(https://MNMRVSVN.corp.mahindra.com/svn/Electronics_Reliability/trunk/01_Process_&_QualityMgt) . please find the console output of one committed message and it's email notification.

here i got the issue is sometimes Subversion is automatically updated in Jenkins server and send the "no changes" email notification to all my team members as shown below so kindly please we need your help to stop the "no changes" email notification.

Something is causing a build to occur, stop the build from occurring when there are no changes and you'll stop the email at the same time.
