automation test usiong genymotion ..need help with the configuration for jenkins.

Hi am trying to deploy overnight test (android) using genymotion and i did some progress but am facing issues /

so on Jenkins configuration

i did this which allow me to start the genymotion from the execute shell command

cd /Applications/Genymotion.app/Contents/MacOS/
player --vm-name 483c8cb0-f500-4e0d-97db-a9c0502dca33


once it starts and wait for optimizing the app which take almost 4 min.
( i need something to tell Jenkins hey wait until genymotion starts??)


after that it not running the command shell for installing the APK

cd /apk/
adb -e install -r app-Development-debug-unaligned.apk


not even running the android app

adb shell am start  .......


please i need help .
