vCenter plugin -- customize slave launch parameters?

Does anyone know if there is a way to customize the launch parameters of the vCenter plugin slaves?

We use the plugin to dynamically start up our slave vms, and we would like to add a -D parameter to the startup.  But I don't see any obvious way to do this.

Any help appreciated.
