centralized email notification settings

Hello friends. I'm getting to know jenkins and it's going really well. My first question...

Is there anyway to configure once the email notification settings for all jobs? Or at least for new jobs?

Do we really need to painfully repeat the same config for each job?

If you are using email-ext, you can install the email template plugin
