how to connect to other cluster from jenkins installed on kubernetes

hello all,

i am creating jenkins pipeline to deploy loki-stack into cluster.

how can i connect the cluster ip from jenkins pipeline and then install loki stack  ? jenkins is installed on other kubernetes cluster and i am using jenkins slave in order to build pipeline.

could someone please advise on this?
