Trigger Jenkins build for dependent Gerrit Patches

Hi,

      I would like to know if there is any existing plugin or way to trigger Jenkins Job for dependent Gerrit Patches. I have multiple gits in gerrit server and want to trigger Jenkins build for every patchset creation. But it doesn't take care of two gerrit patches submitted in two different gits which are dependent to each other. Currently it triggers two different jobs and fails. Patch dependency can be declared in commit message. I would like to know how to implement this in Jenkins.
