Missing latest .deb

Hello!

Upon trying to get a Debian machine to the latest Jenkins, I seem to
have run into a missing blob:

https://pkg.jenkins.io/debian/binary/jenkins_2.163_all.deb

Hmm, I just tried with the link you provided and I am able to download via browser. Can you'd etermine which mirror you are getting sent to?

Looks like it was:

https://prodjenkinsreleases.blob.core.windows.net/debian/jenkins_2.163_all.deb

... But it seems that the blob has magically appeared!
