Move to next phase if perticular job of phase success in multijob plugin

Hi,
I have multijob phase having three jobs as follows which runs in parallel.
phase 1
job 11
job 12
job 13
Now i wan't to move to phase 2 only if job 11 succeed. I don't care what is result of job 12 or job 13.
How to do it ?
