triggering jenkins downstream project as per my parameter selection

Greetings All , 

I have project EG : master & individual project A , B ,C 

From master --> i need to have multiple choice option --> A B C 

If i select A & B --> In my down stream A & B prject has to run .

Conclusion : User have to select the multiple downstream project from the upstream project in GUI .
