Find latest build in input step and run it

Hi!

Is it possible to query via cli or rest or anything else, which declarative build is the latest waiting for specific input step and proceed this at defined time?

The usecase is the following:

The deployment should only happen at will over the day to ensure, that testers are not influenced by that. So there is an explicit input step for this. But in the maintenance window the latest build instance, which has reached the input step, should run automatically.
