Pipeline 'Almost complete' is misleading

I am not sure about 'Almost complete' progress bar, it keeps the same text regardless of the length of the build

Thoughts?

Hi there,

If you're seeing this consistently, and can reproduce it easily, it seems like https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-39188 would be the place to add this info.
