Email Network is unreachable: connect

Hi all,

when I used the jenkins to send email , some problems happend, as
picture shows.

I have deployed redmine and other project management system on the
server, they can send email successful. The configuration of Jenkins is same
with redmine, so why Jenkins fail to send email.
I hope you give me some methods or ideals to solve this problem,
