Extra "Build with Params" menu ... where is it coming from?

I just set up a new Jenkins box and have one parameterized job.

However, there are two menu options on the left and one doesn't work right.

The "Build with Parameters" link is the correct one and works fine.

The other "Build with Params" link appears on ALL jobs, not just a parameterized build and when I click it, it does show the parameters, but is rendered improperly (drop-down choice lists not shown, etc.).

Anyone know where this 2nd option might be coming from and how do I remove it?

Crap...Thanks!!  I didn't realize/remember that "Build w/ Parameters" is part of the Jenkins system so when I saw the plugin after I did the new Jenkins install, I thought "hey, I need that"!

I don't think Build w/ Parameters is part of the Jenkins system, you have Build With Parameters and Jenkins Parameterized Trigger plugin which is why you have two links.

'Build with Params' in the plugin. You can see it in the breadcrumb trail in the plugin screenshot. Here's the corresponding source:

'Build with Parameters' was introduced for regular parameterized builds to Jenkins core to distinguish between 'Build now' (you click it and a build starts) and 'Build after filling out a form'.

What is the use of 'Build with Params' plugin if this feature comes automatically with 'Build with Parameters' 

and  'Build with Params'(that has less feature than "Build with Parameters" e.g. radio(selection) button doesn't showed up in 'Build with Params' )
