Nodelabelparameter plugin activates job twice on a node

When I used this plugin when passing in a label, and I have the "run on all nodes matching this label", one of the nodes with such label starts two consecutive runs.

If I look at the environment variables of the two runs I see

NODE_LABELS being set to "LABEL NODE_NAME"

I'm using 1.51 of the plugin, anyone see anything like this, and manage to work around it?
