Deploy war file from Jenkins to another server using powershell scripts

What are the steps involved to deploy a war file from Jenkins(hosted on windows server) to another windows server using powershell script. The powershell script and the resources associated with the deployment are on another windows server. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance
