Add users programmatically to Jenkins using the Matrix Authorization Strategy plugin

Hi everyone,

I wanted to know if there is a provision to add users to Jenkins programmatically.

The Jenkins instance that we're using uses the matrix authorization strategy plugin for permissions and wanted to explore the provision of using the Jenkins APIs to add users whenever required.
