JIRA Plugin + "Update Jira Issues For All Build Results" doesn't get triggered when the bug number is on in the title

My developer do not always include the bug number in the title. They often do so in the message itself which doesn't seem to be triggering an update to the bug when 'Update Jira Issues For All Build Results" setting is on.

Do you have any thoughts?
