Not having this version in maven central means that access-modifier fails to build out of the box and cannot be resolved without adding the Jenkins community repository. For gradle-jpi-plugin adding access-modifier support users would have to add an additional repository to their buildscript classpath (which would be a breaking change). Add Comment
