Creating this issue on Core because I think the solution should be here.

The buttons on the modal when clicking "Help us localize this page" look wrong. This has been introduced with the button changes on 2.233.

The solution I suggest is modifying the YUI CSS that removes references to the buttons in order to override it.

The plugin is basically deprecated given

The server handling submitted translations has been shut down. While this plugin is still useful for local translations, it's not possible to submit translations to the Jenkins project anymore.
