Side note (unrelated to the issue): Is there a reason that you use this scripted call as part of your DSL pipeline? Actually `recordIssues` should work in pure DSL as well.

What I do not understand in your log: is the path to the git repository correct: /var/lib/jenkins/workspace/kins_pipeline_library_ci_develop/jenkins_pipeline_library_ci/jenkins_pipeline_library_ci?

What I do not understand in your log: is the path to the git repository correct: {{/var/lib/jenkins/workspace/kins_pipeline_library_ci_develop/jenkins_pipeline_library_ci/jenkins_pipeline_library_ci}}?

Or is there one {{jenkins_pipeline_library_ci}} too much?
