Currently configuration-as-code plugin can not configure JiraTestResultReporter plugin as org.jenkinsci.plugins.JiraTestResultReporter.JiraTestDataPublisherDescriptor does not have any setter methods. It would be helpful to have the possibility to set `jiraUri`, `username` and `password` via configuration-as-code plugin.
