Hi Team,

we have 2 Jenkins authenticating from same crowd server via Crowd 2 plugin. lets say jenkins1 and jenkins2. 

Jenkins2 is having login issue with some of the users. but at same time these user can login to the  Jenkins1.

The users facing issue are already members of group on crowd side that are allowed on jenkins.

When trying to add these user directly in project matrix user, it is strike through and say user not found. 

Note: Crowd is using LDAP connection for syncing user directory.
