To reproduce:
1. Create a new freestyle project.
2. Add a build step "CI Notifier" or "CI Subscriber".
3. Enter any values in the forms for "CI Notifier" or "CI Subscriber".
4. Press "Save".
5. Open the project configuration again – the values you entered have disappeared, the configuration reverted to default values.

This bug seems to have been introduced in version 1.1.6
