Post upgarde from Jenkins 2.73.3. to 2.1073, all the windows slave were down and not able to come up.

WMI agent version = 1.3.1

 

We have almost tried all suggestion mentioned in forum but it did not work. All the connectivity is in place. Please help and let me know if more information is needed.
