Hi there,

I just unassigned myself as this not an issue with the JenkinsLint plugin. 

What I see in the stacktrace is a reference to a NullPointerException, that might be related to some missing configuration, likely some missing credentials or whatsover as there is a reference to the line 1181 in the class JiraSite:

but I'm afraid I cannot provide any further insights, I'd suggest contacting your system admin to debug what's the output in the jenkins logs. 

Other than that, with the current information, there is not much to be done here.
