QueryParams will be added to BasicJiraStep, based on this PR: https://github.com/jenkinsci/jira-steps-plugin/pull/98. When it is merged, extend the functionality of QueryParams to the following steps: GetIssueRemoteLinks, DeleteIssueRemoteLinksStep, UserSearchStep and AssignableUserSearchStep.
