Unsure whether it makes sense to put this in core (and only be effective if Mailer Plugin is installed), or whether it should be in Mailer Plugin, or an altogether new plugin. It feels like a "core" feature (i.e. make it available to every install), but given how we split our components, the implementation there would be weird. Add Comment
