Blue Ocean plugin is not working with safe restart jenkins, i.e. Whenever trying a safe restart, it will reboot jenkins immediately, it won't wait for any in progress pipeline runs in Blue Ocean to finish first.

Also, after safe restart of jenkins master, sometimes, the whole pipeline run will be marked green, even though there are test suites failing...Please see the attached screenshot.
