Jenkins / JENKINS-60125 Slow execution of JobDSL scripts Issue Type: Improvement Assignee: Daniel Spilker Components: job-dsl-plugin Created: 2019-11-11 09:17 Priority: Minor Reporter: Ulli Hafner When I start Jenkins using JCasC with a JobDSL configuration of 4 jobs (see jenkins.yaml) then I get approx. an execution time of 1 minute and 30 seconds for the processing of the Job DSL script part (on my machine). In total my Jenkins startup (dockerized) increases from 30 secs to 2 minutes. This is quite slow and should be improved. I'm not sure if the actual culprit is JCasC or JobDSL, maybe it would help to add some more logging here to make that more clear when JobDSL is processing its jobs... Add Comment
