Could we get someone to respond to this?  I'm getting the same error and it is not very obvious what is required to do to get this plugin to work.  I have found [this|https://file-leak-detector.kohsuke.org/], however it is not obvious if the plugin ships this with it, we are required to install it on our own, etc.  More information would be appreciated.
