As per new [contribution guidelines|https://github.com/jenkinsci/acceptance-test-harness/blob/master/docs/CONTRIBUTING.md], "plugin tests should have whole testsuite executed in less than 20 minutes on public CI server".

Adjust the tests so they comply.

Ulli, can you please have a look at this? Also, I noticed the page objects seem to have diverged from actual UI so a lot of tests is failing:

plugins.WarningsNextGenerationPluginTest.should_expand_token
plugins.WarningsNextGenerationPluginTest.should_filter_results_by_severity
plugins.WarningsNextGenerationPluginTest.should_open_and_hide_details_row
plugins.WarningsNextGenerationPluginTest.should_open_source_code_view_from_issues_table
plugins.WarningsNextGenerationPluginTest.should_resolve_packages_and_namespaces

Yes, I will do. I already have a lot of changes in my fork from the last testing course. I will create a PR ASAP.
