Jenkins / JENKINS-59354 Remove batch-task tests from ATH

Change By: Oliver Gondža Plugin tests and UI page objects are part of [acceptance-test-harness|https://github.com/jenkinsci/acceptance-test-harness] where they does no longer qualify to stay (too few installations). Evaluate if the tests makes sense of moving to plugin sources and making them part of plugin build, or they will be removed from ATH.

Re: Remove batch-task tests from ATH Félix Belzunce Arcos, as the last person who cared for the plugin, please let me know if you are interested in salvaging those tests by moving them to the plugin.
