When using a parameterized build, change the link to "build now" (single click) when all build parameters are hidden, the same as if there are no build parameters.

Currently, the link is "Build with Parameters" even when all parameters are hidden; the next page is blank, requiring an unnecessary second click.

Possibly use the text "Build now (with hidden parameters)" or such to indicate the situation if suitable.
