The workflow-aggregator plugin appears to depend on many of Update the plugins that we do dependencies for this project . See if we can replace the workflow-* plugins with the aggregator.

Acceptance criteria:

# The POM is rationalised as above Dependencies are reordered . Jenkins at the top.
# Dependencies are bumped where possible.
