I would like to have the data published by the performance plugin available via an API endpoint as is the case with other similar publishing-type plugins (i.e. PMD, JUnit, Cobertura, JaCoCo).

I would expect it to work in a similar fashion, so the URL syntax would be like: {JOB_URL}/lastCompletedBuild/performance/api/json
