I do not know if this is an advantage or a disadvantage. So saving it for the record.

For example. you created a branch `test`, sent an MR from `test` to `master` and then closed(or merged) the MR. But you decided to keep the branch `test` in the repository. In that case the branch `test` is not indexed by multibranch pipeline.

Fixed it in https://github.com/baymac/gitlab-branch-source-plugin/pull/24 by adding all merge requests and not just opened merge requests to GitLabSCMSourceRequest.
