The purpose of the ticket is to get clarity on security measures in this solution. Can someone please elaborate on how security is taken care when triggering the build in Jenkins using Jira cloud webhook or vice versa. Re: Jira Cloud - Jenkins connectivity | Security measures You can get the answer from https://github.com/jenkinsci/jira-trigger-plugin/tree/master/src/main/groovy/com/ceilfors/jenkins/plugins/jiratrigger, as this project is Open Source. I think 1 hour is more than enough to study the code, as it's just a small project.  Good luck!

I am planning to connect to Jenkins from Jira Cloud using Webhooks. The purpose of the ticket is to get clarity on security measures in this solution.
