There is no documentation around "Permission to Copy Artifact" in groovy.

This is the construct I would like to define in groovy. Please add the feature, or if the API exists resolve this and maybe we can update the docs?

This is the construct concept/feature I would like to define in groovy JENKINS-20398 . Please add the feature, or if the API exists resolve this and maybe we can update the docs?
