I'm using Jenkins 2.138.3 and Pipeline Declarative plugin 1.3.2. Add Comment

Re: Restart From Stage link missing Looks like there is a bug. I found that the button re-appears if we do the following Click on the Build number. Click on "Replay" or "Pipeline Steps" button. Click on either the Browser back button or on the Build number.
