It had been 1 week and no one taken responsibility to attend this issue. So, I tried myself and come to a conclusion that, we need download ngrok.exe to expose our Localhost to internet. Steps: Download ngrok.exe Cmd -> {ngrok exe path} http {Jenkins Port no} -> Copy the {http URL} from Cmd {http URL} /bitbucket-hook/ Example: http://f52f6322.ngrok.io/bitbucket-hook/
