blurb = Builds in Jenkins run as the virtual SYSTEM user with full permissions by default. \
On Windows, there's a SYSTEM account. Usually, users create per task accounts, e.g. a Jenkins account, and run services with those accounts.
Because the Windows SYSTEM account (and is the equivalent of Unix root), it's very confusing to see a warning as the current warning displays.
Josh Soref if you want it to be backported, please make sure an entry is added to the jenkins.io changelog. It was skipped in https://github.com/jenkins-infra/jenkins.io/pull/2340/
Oleg Nenashev: we run weekly releases. (And on Linux at that.) I'm generally unlikely to ask for backports. If someone else is impacted by an issue that I've fixed, they're welcome to advocate for it.
I am removing the lts-candidate as this is probably too minor to bother backporting.
