When triggering a new build using "Build with Parameters" page, the user is sent to the job main page. At that point the freshly started build haven't had time to trigger a downstream build, which means that no Build flow view is displayed. Nor is it displayed once the build has triggered downstreams, i.e. there is no auto-refresh.

This previously worked, but was "broken" in a recent change.

Possible solution is to look at lastCompletedBuild to see if it has downstream/upstream builds, or if there is no lastCompletedBuild, check lastBuild.
