It would be great if the property under

Pipeline > Configure > General > Description would be preserved and displayed when opening the pipeline in Blue Ocean.

At the moment BO doesn't seem to support pipeline descriptions, only individual build/ run descriptions which are set only after the run in started.

We would like to have a description that the users can read before starting the run i.e. to understand what the pipeline does.

Here is a mock of how this implementation could look like.
